The Halton Baby Friendly Initiative (HBFI) is a community coalition consisting of health care providers, agencies and community members within the Region of Halton working together to protect, promote and support breastfeeding. In the true spirit of being baby friendly, the HBFI supports all families regardless of feeding method. Our vision of breastfeeding as the norm for infant feeding will be realized through education and support for the public and health care providers.
